Cancellation Details:

After placing an order, you have a 30 minute window to cancel your order. If you did not create an account before placing your order, please contact us to cancel your order via our contact form.

If your order was placed in the past 30 minutes, during business hours ( ), you can initiate a cancellation via the form. If your order was placed after business hours, fill out the form, & we will cancel the order before the order is processed the following business day.

In your message, please enter your Order ID & that you would like us to cancel the order.

If you have an account, login, navigate to your orders and find your order. As long as the order status is "Pending Processing", you can still cancel your order.
