Carlos Gustavo Villacr�s Lara nace en Guayaquil, Ecuador, en 1982. Luego de cursar su educaci�n regular, ingresa al Seminario B�blico Alianza en Ecuador donde, tras 4 a�os de estudio, obtiene el bachillerato en Teolog�a. M�s tarde viaja a Alemania para culminar sus estudios en Negocios Internacionales y Administraci�n de Empresas, en la Universidad Georg Simon Fachhochschule, en Nuremberg, Alemania. Sus inicios fueron en el �rea musical, tocando el piano y siendo parte del coro de su iglesia, hasta llegar a ser ministro de alabanza. A la edad de 23 a�os comenz� una tarea que am� y por la cual se entreg� a tiempo completo: pastorear j�venes, labor que desempe�� hasta finales de 2008. En ese a�o fue ordenado al pastoreado por la Iglesia Alianza Cristiana y Misionera del Ecuador. En 2009, bajo la direcci�n de Dios, fund� junto a su esposa, Carla Magallanes, la iglesia Casa de Fe, que inici� con la asistencia de 40 personas. En la actualidad, congrega a m�s de 7,000 en sus campus online, v�a a la Costa (Guayaquil) y Dur�n.-----Carlos Gustavo Villacr�s Lara was born in Guayaquil, Ecuador, in 1982. After completing his regular education, he entered the Alianza Biblical Seminary in Ecuador where, after 4 years of study, he obtained a bachelor's degree in Theology. He later traveled to Germany to complete his studies in International Business and Business Administration at the Georg Simon Fachhochschule University in Nuremberg, Germany. Since his baptism in water, at the age of 9, his life has been at the service of God. His beginnings were in the musical arena, playing the piano and being part of his church choir, until he became a worship minister. At the age of 23, he began a task that he loved and for which he gave himself full time: pastoring youth, which he carried out until the end of 2008. In that year he was ordained to the pastorate of the Christian and Missionary Alliance Church of Ecuador. In 2009, under the direction of God, he founded, together with his wife, Carla Magallanes, the Casa de Fe church, which began with the attendance of 40 people. Currently, it brings together more than 7,000 on its online campuses, via a la Costa (Guayaquil) and Dur�n.
