Paul Perkins

Paul Perkins grew up outside of Portland, Oregon. After graduating from Oregon State University, he moved to Washington, DC, and worked in the US Senate and then at the White House. Later, he graduated from The George Washington University Law School and clerked on the US Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit in Jackson, Mississippi.
